Responsibilities and Duties
It shall be the duty of the Sovereign heirs of The Hearts of the Conscious Communities to set things in place on behalf of the sovereign heirs and whose responsibilities and duties will be advised by the Sovereign heir Navigators and Council of Elders on the affairs of the Heart.
All transparency, responsibility and accountability of the affairs of each Conscious Community shall be open for public viewing and scrutiny including the financial records which are to be kept up to date and in public view at the location of The Heart of the Conscious Community.
The Purpose
The purpose of The Heart is to bring together spiritually like-minded Sovereign heirs into the Heart to share and openly discuss “Great Visions and Ideas” for the betterment of the Conscious Community in the form of Non Government Foundations.
The Heart accomplishes its purpose in the following manner. A Sovereign heir presents a great creative idea to the Sacred Circle of the Heart. The great creative idea goes through four stages:

- Initial discussion about your ‘Visions and Ideas’ with the ‘keepers of knowledge and wisdom’, Elders, Spiritual Advisers, Experts, Gatekeepers and Guardians to collate information, collect thoughts and prepare documentation for the Heart gathering.
- Enter the Heart, stand on the ‘Flower of Life’ symbol and openly present your great creative idea to the navigators of the Heart for discussion, approval or disapproval.
- An approval will take the great creative idea to the experts within the Heart element – Fire, Air, Earth, Water, Ether, of expertise i.e.
- Fire: Dedicated to breakthrough technologies. An exciting and explosive exposition of creative arts, dance and theatre, ceremonial traditions, indigenous customs and cultural heritage.
- Water: Dedicated to human and planetary wellness. Housing remediation technologies and ecological solutions for the environment, and showcase healing arts, traditional therapies & remedies to the world.
- Earth: Dedicated to planetary ecological awareness & sustainable living, farming, permaculture, raw-food & healthy eating, eco-housing, bio-architecture and new-earth economics.
- Ether: Dedicated to spirituality, human consciousness, meditation, esoteric disciplines & sacred arts, incorporating workshops facilitated by healers, visionaries, inspirational speakers and wisdom-keepers.
- Air: Dedicated to breakthrough technologies for air and atmosphere.
- The ideas that are not approved will be reassessed with the assistance of the Heart support team for re-submission with the assistance of the specialists of the Heart.
This is the Sacred Beating Heart of the Conscious Community. This is how a Round Table for Meetings and Gatherings looks, otherwise drawn in the sand. It's Sacred Geometry. Place a print of this and have it present at all meetings.
We each come together within the structure of authority and fulfil a specific role, perfectly complementing each other and demonstrating God's glory. We are each responsible to each other.
God our Father is the authority in the Kingdom of God, and he is the one who directs and empowers 'The Son' and 'The Holy Spirit' to carry out His will.
God ordained individual authority in four specific areas and established a specific chain of command in each area.
This structure does not express superiority or inferiority, but simply a necessity for the success of relationships.
Everyone Is Accountable to God. Each person is accountable to God for his actions, whether he is in authority over others or in a position under authority. God is not prejudiced by culture, education, position, or wealth, and He will judge each person according to His righteous standards.
Individual peace men and woman are accountable for how they exercise their authority. They are responsible to provide protection and direction for those under their care, to report the wrong doers to the Council of Elders, and to praise those who do well.
Those under authority are accountable to God for their responses to authority. Since God placed authorities over us, to obey them is to submit to God’s design and authority in our lives.
“Whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the YA'OH, and not unto men; knowing that of the YA'OH ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the YA'OH Christ” (Colossians 3:23–24).
“Yea, all of you be subject one to another, and be clothed with humility: for YA'OH resisteth the proud, and giveth grace to the humble. Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of YA'OH, that he may exalt you in due time: casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you” (I Peter 5:5–7).
Accountability is a foundational premise on which all relationships are built. As children of God, children of earthly parents, parents of our own children, principles, participants, and individuals of conscious communities, each of us must wisely carry out his responsibilities both as an instrument of authority and as one who is submitted to authority. Thus, God’s design can be implemented in our relationship with Him, our families, our communities, and our nations.
We seek harmony and friendship. We are a people guided by outcomes, solutions and not ideologies. You have been chosen to lead the way of Sovereignty around the world. Let's embrace this and lead in the way of our Heavenly God.

- Family: Husband—Wife—Children. God entrusts husbands with the leadership of the family unit. A husband is to love and protect his wife as he loves himself. The mother is to nurture the children, the earth and the coming change of times. Parents are responsible to teach their children, and children are to honour and respect their parents.
- Nations: As leaders we are instructed to respect and obey our Charter and ordinances and to live honourably within our conscious communities.
- Church: Church leaders are essential for the health of the Body of Christ. Believers are to honour and respect leaders and to submit to one another and walk in humility.
- Foundations: Principles are challenged to act with equity and care as they oversee participants, patterning their behaviour after God Himself, Who is their authority. Participants are responsible to serve well, doing their work wholeheartedly as unto God.
